Nauzli Dadkhah and Joseph Neilly were married on July 3, 2022, in Rancho Santa Fe in front of a beautiful sofreh aghd designed and decorated by the bride’s mother.
Nauzli is a graduate of the Iranian School of San Diego. She currently works at Stripe in Strategy and Operations while working toward her MBA at Columbia University in New York City.
After a short speech by the bride and groom’s best friends, the bride’s uncle officiated their Persian ceremony which included Rumi poems, sugar rubbing, and the exchange of honey. The couple also included American vows.
The reception was full of love and joy and was quite a party with delicious catering provided by Amir Catering and amazing music from DJ Sepand.

A future student of ISSD has arrived: Nazhila Hameed, the daughter of Sormeh Ayari and Abdul Hameed, was born on July 16, 2022 (8 lb, 11 oz).
